ULTIQA Freshwater Point Resort

Excellent apartments, we came with a team of 12 for a conference at the convention centre (so close - 5 minutes walk direct). We shared a mixture of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and all were in superb condition, great views, very clean and upkept extremely well on maintenance. One of the lifts didn't like certain floors (faulty buttons) but they were fixing those when we left. Superior front of house service, very engaging and helpful. We will definitely stay again - we come annually to the convention centre, and this is likely our new regular being so easy, affordable and value for money. Thanks to everyone.

Fourth holiday staying at Freshwater. Fabulous location close to public transport, Pacific Fair and the beach. Staff as always friendly and extremely helpful. As we stayed for seventeen nights Jimmy on reception and Jo in the Cafe made our stay even better. Apartments very clean and welcoming. We will be back next year.

my husband and I actually stay here but we wanted my family to experience how beautiful everything is here at Freshwater. I booked them for the busiest time (between easter and ANZAC) Courtney was absolutely amazing, I booked through her and Karen / Tia at reservations and they were so helpful and understanding. I said my dad had a bilateral knee surgery last year so we asked if they could be in a walk in bathroom. My parents got the best view, they absolutely loved it here. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were huge and they loved how quiet it was. They can't wait to come back. The internet was so fast and they mentioned how nice the staff were. They highly recommend
