The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt a bit off-slightly dark and not very cozy, which gave me some uneasy vibes at first. HOWEVER!!! The receptionist (I’m sorry I didn’t ask your pronouns) completely changed my impression. Absolutely amazing! So kind, fun, approachable, and incredibly professional when it came to handling issues. I was genuinely impressed. Thanks to that great first interaction, everything else felt just fine. Given the affordable price and solid service, I’d be happy to give this hotel another try.

Look I paid $150 for this room so a bargain in the middle of the city. However the first room I got air conditioning didn’t work and there was no tv remote. The second room was better the coffee cup that was upside down still had coffee from the last guest and the shower had mould and the wall under the telly was slashed in something. But it was a hot shower and a clean bed except the entire hotels hot water ran out in the morning. If you are in the city to party and crash no worries but if you want comfort or romance avoid. The staff are lovely and will store luggage etc.

The stay is to be expected as per most of the other reviews. If you are looking for a nice ambience go elsewhere, however, if you just want a convenient location with option for luggage storage this hotel should do the job. The room would have been much improved with an extra pillow and for the light fittings to be repaired. Rooms do not meet the standard to be expected of a four-star hotel. Most suprising also was the boiler apparently breaking the morning of the stay, which resulted in cold showers. I suppose this could happen anywhere, but the lack of other repairs does not inspire confidence.
