Novotel Sydney International Airport

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my room was ready before the official check-in time, which was incredibly helpful—it allowed me to drop off my luggage and enjoy my afternoon in Sydney stress-free. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom, complete with a bathtub and shower, made it easy to relax after a long day. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed. The blackout curtains were a great touch, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Considering all these comforts, the value for the price was excellent.

Service at reception was efficient and friendly As our flight was late we went straight to the restaurant for dinner Service was great and the food excellent Our steaks were cooked perfectly. Due to my Accor status we were upgraded and the room was lovely and large We had a tasty welcome gift of chocolate strawberries and wine. Good stay

Overall just a fine hotel. Very convenient for the airport. Was a bit surprised to see that the airport shuttle costs money, but still worth it for the convenience. Our room had some garbage on the floor, the bed was poorly made, we were missing a water glass, and the shower leaks water everywhere on the floor so our bathmat was soaked through. We only stayed one night, so I wasn't too concerned with any of it. But I'd expect better from a 4-star hotel.
