Highly recommended! Friendly and super helpful staff. Good size rooms. Relaxing atmosphere. Amazing pool area. Great location. Comfy beds. Great price! If i ever come back to Townsville ill definitely stay here again!

Well past its prime. The staff here are lovely but these rooms are well overdue for updating, and the cleaning needs to be improved, especially the bathrooms. And if you are looking for quiet night, this isn’t the place, you will hear everything that happens outside your door. Oh and some additional signage to point you towards the rooms would be in quite useful as the hallways have no notations as to where they are. Finally, no lifts. Not the worst place in Townsville but would not recommend this place.
