Reception staff were very helpful, layout easy to navigate and the bar/ restaurant area spacious and comfortable. The room was comfortable and quiet. Heating was a bit difficult to control and as we don’t like to sleep in an overly warm room the doona/duvet was quite thin and not very warm. Overall our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Congratulations to Pia on reception for her excellent service when we checked in
Lovely service. Always attentive staff. Totally suggest parking on site. Little bit of a busy area around Melbourne and the parking was super conventient. Backs into main street in Werribee with loads of eateries and coffee within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the view totally pleasant.
The rooms were very clean and the room service was actually pretty good and staff was polite. The location is decent with fast food and restaurants and grocery stores near by. Overall amazing stay definitely would recommend and price is pretty good too.
