Great family friendly resort! We visited in summer but there are still lots of things to do in and around the resort. Cable car station is just a short walk to go up the mountains. There is also a playground and a mountain activity centre up there. Every detail in the resort shows that they get parents. Every dining table has baby wipes on them. The room we stayed in also has tons of storage space/closet/cabinets to put our stuff in. There is also a changing table and diaper bin for our little one in the room. Lots of seats in the playground area, and at exactly where you can chill with a coffee and still see your kids playing. Food wise it's also the best I've had with all-inclusive resorts. Quality, taste and presentation are all great that you are not just being "fed" but you can enjoy a nice meal together as a family.

First time I can call a vacation with the kids a “vacation” and it says it all. Everything is just done beautifully and all details were thought of. Amazing hotel, amazing stuff, amazing food. For a winter vacation - If you experienced skiers just check the location upfront, the nearby ski resorts are not huge though very beautiful.

Everything about this hotel deserves even more than 5 stars. From the minute we walked in until we left the hotel everything was exceptional. The front desk staff, the shuttle drivers, the housekeepers, dining room staff, and kids club staff. Everything was perfect thank you so much for all you do to make families holidays easier and more enjoyable ❤️ thank you for the memories
