We’ve stayed in this hotel for 5 days, which was actually longer than we’ve planned, just because of the service, great team that works there and the best service. There is a great pool, Saunas, Hotel is near the lake and you can enjoy your time just staying in the Hotel and going nowhere else))) there’s also a playroom for the kinds, which my daughter totally enjoyed. I would like to mention that all of the team is always helpful and does its best, but Miss Diana is actually a star there) She is absolutely kind, and very thoughtful! We enjoyed every single breakfast there, because she was very attentive to us and our little daughter)) She brought her books and puzzles every morning, and our daughter asks about her even now 🙂 We plan to go back there sometime again for sure! We would like to thank you all for the hospitality and until the next time 🙂

We stayed for two days. The Check-in was very pleasant and the room was clean, spacey and fulfilled our expectations. But unfortunately the minibar was not cooling, even the noise was clearly there all night. Also, the hair dryer was damaged. But the real reason this was a 3 star experience is that each time, while at breakfast, we were asked for our room number upon entering at least two times and once, a server even came to our table and demanded our room number again, which made the breakfast experience worse. The worst part was the check-out. While giving our feedback at the front desk (about the minibar), the worker was unprofessional and put the fault on us. After reassuring her the fridge was, in fact, turned on, she told us we should have called a technician instead of simply apologizing. Since we didn't find out the problem until we were already leaving, there was not even the chance, but at this point I was not getting deeper into a discussion and we left the hotel on a bitter note. It's still a nice hotel in a great location, but in my case it was for sure no 4 star service.
