We had an absolutely fantastic stay at ALPS RESORTS in Hohentauern from February 15th to 22nd! Our chalet was perfect—everything we could have asked for and more. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, the living room was cozy yet spacious, and the sauna and jacuzzi were a wonderful bonus after a day on the slopes. The view of the piste from the chalet was simply breathtaking, and being just a 5-minute walk to the ski piste made it incredibly convenient. The owners provided exceptional customer service, which really stood out and made our stay even better. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable alpine getaway with the family.
There was an error with the reservation via Booking com. The person at the reception was very helpful and found a great solution enabling us to stay on the park and enjoy our long weekend.
We had a wonderful stay two weeks ago and the chalet was beautiful, clean and had great amenities. The area is close to the ski slopes, which is ideal for children. We are still waiting to get our €350 deposit back (2 weeks later) even though nothing was damaged and we left the chalet as we had found it.
