This was a trip worth making. Very nice little old fashioned but very clean hotel. Small spa but very relaxing warm temperature. The lady who was running this from the Friday we arrived till Sunday we left was the receptionist and waitress and I think responsible for everything but she was beyond friendly and forthcoming! Shout out to this woman for the amazing job she’s doing there. The mattress was a bit too soft for us but better than too hard. We also had a la carte dinner and it was really good and tasty. We will definitely be back.

Worst hospitality ever. I think you got it all wrong, we are not begging to stay for free, we paid for our rooms!! Your face was not welcoming since the moment we checked in, you even looked annoyed for having us. I read your hotel’s bio in the website and almost vomit myself. You don’t even understand what is hospitality, if you do you wouldn’t act like that. You can start off by smiling to guests as they may have a long journey to your place. Easy? Try. You may want to start to understand what is the term of “guest’s needs” and how to negotiate with customers with care, not emotionally in a negative way. Having a bad day doesn’t mean you can treat your customers like trash. Oh and just remember, the best service comes from your heart. 1 star for your beautiful location.
