I spent 4 nights at Grand Tirolia in Kitzbühel, and everything was simply perfect. The stay felt like a dream. The suite was beautifully decorated, and the surrounding scenery was breathtaking. Honestly, you don’t even need to leave the hotel—just being there is more than enough. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure the service was exceptional from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back here in the future. Now I know exactly where to stay when visiting Austria: one hotel in Bad Gastein, and this unforgettable place in Kitzbühel.

Echoing what many wrote here about the service. Facility is really nice. Service is mediocre. Everyone is very nice, patient and really trying to be helpful. But things didn't work well - 1. Room not cleaned every day, towels not changed 2. Room service isn't available by phone!!! 3. Presidential suite comes with a huge kitchen, zero cutlery, plates, etc. Wasn't provided despite asking 4. More examples At first, we thought we should come back, as a bigger group. Unfortunately, the service changed our mind abd we won't come back, and that's a shame!

Calling it a 5 star would be a big stretch. While the new renovated rooms are amazing, the service is comparable to a 2 star hotel at best. They seem to be running the hotel like headless chickens. To state the problems: 1. They took 45 minutes to get our luggage to the room upon arrival. 2. There were no slippers in the room. We called them and requested. After 2 hours, we called multiple times and they did not pick up the phone. At long last we had to go to the reception ourselves to get them. 3. Throughout our stay, they did not do the turn down service in our room despite having complained. 4. When they did clean the room, it was done in a hurry and the room was still dirty in some places. This is basic hygiene. 5. For a spa 5 star hotel of this scale they had just 1 female masseuse. You would have to wish upon a star to get a spa appointment with her. We listed all our problems down to the shift manager, Lex. Despite this the services did not improve. Upon checkout we again had to come down to the reception to ask for the bell boy as they again didn’t pick up the phone even after calling multiple times. We were staying in the mountain view superior room and paid €500/ night for a grossly overpriced, understaffed, ill managed hotel i have ever stayed in. I would say please avoid, there are better hotels for this value
