My stay at this resort was truly unforgettable. Everyone working there was incredibly kind, attentive, and always greeted me with a warm smile. Their excellent service made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing that it helped me completely unwind and recharge. I felt a deep sense of calm and happiness that is hard to put into words .. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!! Sending my warmest greetings from Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦❤️

We were staying for 3 days here and it was amazing! The staff were very polite and all the time were asking us “ if everything is ok” “ what can they do for us?” and “ how are we feeling”. The view from the room was spectacular…much better than what we thought! It was my husband birthday and they prepared a surprise cake for him! For me and my husband was the perfect weekend! We can’t wait to come again for summer! The room was very clean, everything you need in and the breakfast amazing! Thank you Parkhotel Pőrtschach for making our short holiday unforgettable!🌷🪻⛰️🎂🤍🌤️

The location is perfect, and we love the sun lounger area as well as the availability of kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the lake. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped for babies and children, which has been a great plus for our stay. However, we are very disappointed with the restaurant. I have celiac disease and experience severe symptoms if I consume gluten. While the breakfast buffet is excellent, with plenty of gluten-free options, dinner is a real challenge. The menu does not indicate which dishes contain gluten, and the waitstaff are not trained to assist guests with food intolerances. In just four days here, I have already felt sick twice with symptoms typical of gluten exposure (migraine, stomach pain, nausea, extreme fatigue). This has greatly affected my experience and enjoyment of the stay. For a hotel of this level, better allergy and intolerance management is essential.
