Hotel Post

I highly recommend the place for a wonderful cosy week. We choose for a week package including room, half board, skipass for 6 days. Almost everything was wonderful during our stay at hotel Post. The situation is perfect with skibuses giving direct access to the different ski resorts in the valleys. Caring, kind staff, magnificent rooms, perfectly cleaned every day, wellness zone with a nice ruhe raum, swimming pool at 30°C (what a pleasure when it is freezing). Breakfast and evening meals (5 courses menu) are delicious, creative and of a high level for the asked price. Very good quality/price ratio. Only minus points: the temperature in the room was too high with apparently no possibility of adjusting it. The pillows are really too soft. The staff tried to find a intermediate solution but offering a soft and an harder pillow could be appreciated.

Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I stayed at this hotel with my family, and while the property itself is beautiful, our experience was ruined by a severe case of food poisoning that affected all four of us — myself, my husband, our 4-year-old daughter, and our 1-year-old baby. We only ate at the hotel during our stay, and unfortunately, the food was far from fresh. We believe the cause was the eggs served at breakfast. Shortly after consuming them, we all started experiencing symptoms of food poisoning, which forced us to cut our vacation short. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a nightmare. For a 4-star hotel, the quality of the food is completely unacceptable. Not only did it ruin our trip, but it also posed a serious health risk, especially to our young children. I am seriously considering filing a formal complaint about this situation, as it is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard to serve food that can cause such harm. If you are considering staying here, I strongly advise you to be cautious about dining at the hotel. This was, without a doubt, an absolutely horrible experience.

Worst service I've ever experienced in Austria, people without empathy and humanity. Think twice before reserving a room in this hotel, as you never know when you have an accident… and if you cannot travel, you will not get any understanding from the owners, nor the possibility to rebook/reschedule your trip. This was my very bitter experience. I am a very frequent traveller and this has been from far the worst experience I’ve had with a family-owned hotel. How would you feel if you were temporarily disabled and you received a reply from the hotel, like the one attached?
