We were booking our room very last minute, about 2 hours before arrival at night - and were so happy we did! Herr Markus from the reception even gave us an upgrade and made sure that our arrival was seamless and we felt very well taken care of. The hotel is in a great location, and even has a private access to the beautiful Wolfgangsee! We will be back, thank you Herr Markus and the remaining team!
It's a nice place, but the parking lot is so far from it that it's a hell of a walk to go back..
This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my life. The prices are completely out of tune with the very low and outdated quality. The restaurant is dirty and had leftovers from yesterday’s meal on the floor. The food is indecent. We made the mistake of adding “half pension” to our stay and we’re charged an outrageous amount for a so-called four course meal presumably made out of frozen food. The decoration is hideous and there is no air conditioning in the rooms.
