I came here again leading a large group of British, mostly seniors. Bettina and Marie, and all the other staff here are very professional and hardworking, and did their best to help us survive a heatwave with no AC. This was hard on a lot of my seniors and I was happy for their help. The town and hotel have a surprising amount of nightlife! On Wednesday nights in the summer the town is packed with revelers for a music festival that goes until the wee hours. There is a very hip bar underneath the hotel with lots of seating on the sidewalks. The hotel restaurant also offers outdoor dining. The food is excellent here. This hotel is clean, cosy, and perfect for a romantic getaway. I’m going to come back in October to explore the mountain trails with my husband.
Really lovely hotel, fabulous location just a few minutes walk from ski hire shops, CityXpress lift station, supermarket, restaurants bars and gift shops. Highlight is the superb breakfast buffet. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Clean and welcome spa, pool, infra-red cabin and sauna area. Will return!
Restaurant review: Great service and excellent food. Cozy and unique atmosphere. A great place for either a romantic meal or a family dinner. We went there twice and would go again. Great place to eat on Zell am See
