Canal View Hotel Ter Brughe by CW Hotel Collection

This hotel and staff are exceptional, especially Ella...she needs to be cloned and put in every hotel around the world. Seriously, she is stellar! The history and vibe of the place is awesome and very welcoming. Having a small bar for morning and evening drinks to take out onto their terrace was superb, their breakfast room a great experience...I truly cannot say enough good things about Hotel Ter Brughe! Oh...I can...when you stay here, be sure to have their hot chocolate and enjoy the almond shortbread cookies 😁

My family and I spent two weeks in Belgium and this was by far our favorite hotel! The walk to the market square is about 10 minutes. I looked foward to my morning stroll along the canal. It was a lovely way to end the evening as well. We had just come from another city where we stayed right in the main market. Although convenient, it was very loud. The hotel itself is charming and the service was excellent. I enjoyed their outdoor patio and the ease of ordering a cappuccino or spritz. We were visiting during a heat wave with 90+ degree days. The ac kept us cool and allowed us to get quality rest! My 7 year old daughter loved having her own bed in the room overlooking the canal. This will be our go to hotel for future visits to the beautiful Brugge!

Great location and lovely hotel. Nice bar service and private garden / terrace. Only couple of issues were lack of a shower (there was a bathtub only with no curtain which made showering very difficult) and lack of a secure room where to leave the luggage (both when we arrive and left the luggage room was full so we had to leave it in the main room).
