The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. Lots os places broken, children's playground with lots of rust. Rooms are only ok, bed is very old and sagged. The hotel is understaffed and the overworked staff is rude and, frankly, laking in training. Restaurant is OK, vith a lot of variety but little taste. Internet acccess is terrible, there are countless networks around the place, with different passwords. It rained the whole week we stayed and there was nothing to do. Would not come back.
The hotel is supposed to have horses and be horse centric, with a farm setting. There are 7 horses available for rides, only one of them for advanced riding. It's hardly enough for to keep up with a high season demand. To make things worse, during the new year weekend, the hotel caretaker did not work, making the rides for advanced riders unavailable at all. The rooms have several problems. They were able to fix most of the ones we had in ours, but we're completely unprepared to handle a honest nest inside the room roof (we would have some hornets invading our room from time to time). Some of the facilities are completely inadequate for a hotel, like the restroom besides the pool bar. The food is good and amenities are ok, if you are not very picky.
