This place is a real gem and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Rio Grande do Sul. The pousada of course has amazing views and all the tranquility you might expect from its rustic location. But not only that, it is also actually a working ranch, and so has some activities related to the day-to-day life of the ranch. In my case, I was able to ride horses in true gaucho style as part of a cattle roundup. And if that wasn't enough, the food served there is excellent and uses farm-fresh ingredients. My stay at the pousada was really the perfect blend of adventure with relaxation. I only wish that I had been able to stay longer!
