Great location , walking distance to shopping mall, train station to Morretes, mercado municipal, nearby many good restaurants and attractions. Have nice pool and sauna, big room with king size bed and helpful staff. Ana at the front desk always had a welcoming smile
Very polite staff, rooms are comfortable and clean with good working facilities such as heated shower, A/C and wifi. Room service is fast and in spite of having some pricy itens in its menu, the steak cheese sandwich is fabulous and has the best cost/benefit. Breakfast has medium variety, but everything is well made. The hotel is equipped with a gym as well.
Poor Value. Great Breakfast. Basic rooms 4/10 Great customer services 8/10 No water pool as advertised. Gym not operational as advertised. Barbecue area not ready. No Sauna. WiFi 4/10 Looks beautiful initially in entrance. Will not stay again. But very nice people, this is not a 4 star hotel, its a 3 star at best.
