I have been 9 times in this hotel, and the environment is awesome. You have people very helpful in rececion, like Gabriel, Júlia and so many others, and also Rogério with the amazing and gentle skills managing the restaurant, and Everley with the amazing caipirinhas and drinks. Really good hotel, really good location but the best is the warmfull and welcoming staff. Ps: the one minor downside is the rooms/windows isolation, a bit noisy; and if fixed will be 5.5 stars ;)

Fantastic hotel! Friendly staff, great breakfast, attached to a mall for access to shops, restaurants & a grocery store. Front desk staff were especially helpful & knowledgeable.
