I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Iceberg in Bansko. The reception staff, Tanya and Victoria, were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Tanya helped sort out two massages for me with Albena. Tony in the Restaurant was very attentive on both nights that I ate in the restaurant. The service was very good. The room was comfortable and warm. It had a kettle and fridge which I was pleased about. The was a huge selection of food for breakfast. I would definitely stay at Hotel Iceberg again.
Decent hotel but far from a 4.2. Old hotel which covers basic amenities. - Breakfast is a deception. oily food almost nothing fresh - rooms dark and humid - service OK depending on who is at the reception - positive: steam room and sauna.
It is mediocre at best, their problem management is awful. My mother had issues with the heating and despite saying there is AC in the rooms, during the winter they take the remote for it. The room had no heating and was cold and they profoundly refused to give her the AC remote, after 6 hours out of a 22 hour stay, she did not have heating...
