Prestige Deluxe Hotel Aquapark Club All inclusive

I had a reservation at this hotel and had to make a change due to unexpected circumstances. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding throughout the process. Their communication was prompt and courteous, and they handled everything efficiently and with genuine care. It's rare to come across such excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate the support I received. Based on this experience, I will definitely be booking with them again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Review of Prestige Deluxe Hotel Aquapark Club – Golden Sands, Varna, Bulgaria We recently stayed at Prestige Deluxe Hotel Aquapark Club in Golden Sands, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience for our family. I’d like to share both the positives and areas for improvement in the spirit of honest and respectful feedback. ✅ Positives: • The outdoor area is very diverse and fun, with beautiful pools, water slides, and plenty of entertainment for kids. There are also free activities like billiards, PlayStation, and table tennis, which make the recreational side of this hotel truly excellent. • The meal and snack times are well-organized and generous. Everything is located close to the rooms, and the long snack bar hours mean you never feel hungry during the day. • Drinks and cocktails are of high quality and taste great. The bar service is excellent. • The hotel is located just an 8-minute walk from the beach and the central Golden Sands area, which is very convenient. • The snack bars, especially the pizza section, were fantastic. Fresh and tasty! • Our room was spacious and clean, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job throughout our stay. • The value for money was great. Considering the services and location, the price was more than fair. • Cold drinking water and coffee were always available throughout the hotel, which we really appreciated. ⸻ ❌ Areas for improvement: • The staff attitude felt quite cold and unwelcoming in general. Most of them didn’t speak English or German, which made communication difficult. The only truly friendly and helpful staff members we encountered were the bartender and the man who made pizza at the snack bar. • The pool area was overcrowded with sunbeds. They tried to fit too many in a small space, which made it hard to walk around. Also, the ground was very dirty and full of hair, which was unpleasant. • The water pressure in the shower from 4 PM to 7 PM was almost non-existent, and the water was cold. It was impossible to take a proper shower during those hours. • The kids’ pool water seemed dirty and clearly hadn’t been changed for a long time. • Breakfast was good, but lunch and dinner were repetitive and often seemed to be made from frozen ingredients. There wasn’t much variety after a few days. ⸻ ⭐ Final Thoughts: Despite a few downsides, we respectfully enjoyed our stay, and our family had a wonderful time. Very disappointing stay. Not a 4-star hotel – more like 1-2 stars. Dirty facilities, boring food every day, and staff don’t speak Bulgarian or English well. There’s no sound insulation – you can hear everything from other rooms and the hallway. Entertainment is the same every night, and there are ants all over the outdoor areas. No coffee in rooms, poor service, and parking is far away. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
