Absolutely gorgeous and stunning inside! Great service and the management was such a joy to deal with. Super helpful with booking. The rooms are even more beautiful in person. You won’t be disappointed-cloe Also super pet friendly! And the lovely lady who works here has the sweetest bird named Lucky. You will be lucky to meet him.

we booked this place and were so excited to arrive but we were met with IMMEDIATE disappointment. upon arriving, we had to wait outside for about half an hour to have the “rules” explained to us, one of them being you’re not allowed to wear your shoes inside anywhere. we then got to the payment portion and on hotels.com the “family” room with two queen beds and two twin beds was $640, $890 Canadian if you will. we ended up paying over $1,000 for ONE room with two queens beds for five people and that was IT. they offered us another room for an additional $250 and we declined as that was not what was advertised. you also are required to share a bathroom with other strangers unless you pay for the room with its own bathroom. this place is not clean, the towels smelled unclean and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been touched. my pillowcase also had old blood spots, maybe they washed them but it’s still disgusting. there’s no breakfast either, maybe a shared kitchen if you want to make something. we paid for a two night stay and couldn’t get a refund at all, through hotels.com or the actual place, but we ended up leaving first thing in the morning and booked a hotel for the second night elsewhere as just the thought of coming back here was ruining our last few days of vacation. if you would like a clean place with free breakfast, a bathroom you don’t have to share with strangers and a room that isn’t super super hot to sleep in, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!! this should not be on hotels.com. extremely inaccurate listing

This place is BEYOND a scam. It is NOT a hotel, it’s nothing more than a bedroom in someone’s house. You will not get the room you booked, you will end up paying hundreds more than the original price (only PayPal and cash accepted because they know it’s a scam), you won’t have the amount of beds you paid for. It is not clean, there are no amenities, you have to share bathrooms with other people, you have to take your shoes off, some rooms don’t even have doors and just have curtains. By far the most frustrating part was the way our situation was handled. When we arrived and found we didn’t have enough beds, and the cost was way higher than they had said, they just insisted on us paying and there was no chance of a refund or anything at all. The management was beyond unhelpful. The whole thing is a scam. We ended up paying full price for multiple nights and left after the first one because it was that bad. Don’t waste your time or money, this place is uncomfortable, unclean, unsafe, and NOT what you think it is.
