This hotel seems to get mixed reviews, largely based on the decor. I am surprised. It is a boutique hotel, people. If you want framed stock photography in your room and an ice machine on every floor, there are plenty of other options for you. The location is ideal and the staff is very friendly and helpful. You're in Montreal; enjoy the flavor!
Lovely hotel. Quiet, very clean, and secure. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant bar is fabulous. Lena and Tristan behind the bar were fantastic. So friendly, and very attentive. Lena made us some great cocktails on our one night stay. I would recommend this place to anyone....☺️💚
One of my worst hotel experiences. I booked a specific room that was unavailable. Instead of being honest upfront about the room being unavailable they lied and told us we were being “upgraded” to a better room since it’s our first time staying with them. We got to the room and it was a really weird huge room with multiple small beds in rooms and one big pull out couch bed that was supposed to be the king bed? When I asked to just be switched back to my originally booked room they seemed irritated but agreed and told Me they switched me to my original room. The room was probably the smallest room I’ve ever seen (not my room I booked, thankfully I took screenshots). Then after showing them the screenshots of what I booked they finally admitted they over booked the room I booked. When I finally asked for a refund they refused and tried to tell me they’d give me 50% refund if I left. I literally had to have them call the owner (and fought with them for 10-15 minutes) of the hotel to get a refund for a room that they were sold out of. I pre booked for $450. There are literally same night rooms that are better in Montreal for half the price. Learn from my experience and stay away…..
