A wonderful place for a family stay! The hotel has a swimming pool with a water slide that kept the kids entertained while we relaxed in the hot tub. The rooms were cozy, clean, and spacious. I’ve never seen such a complete complimentary breakfast at any hotel—delicious food was available from 6:00 am to 9:00 am. There’s also a restaurant at the Holiday Inn next door with amazing food. Overall, it was a great experience, and this will definitely be our go-to stop whenever we’re in Edmonton.

The customer service was exceptional. Our shuttle driver was friendly. The front desk personnel were fantastic and went above and beyond, very helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We slept well both nights and I rarely sleep well in a hotel room due to noise. Breakfast was very busy the second morning yet we had freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, and cinnamon buns! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. The water was warm, the space was clean, and the waterslide was a huge hit—perfect for kids to burn off energy. Our room was quiet, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely view of the open sky in the evening—soft colors and wide prairie light made for a surprisingly peaceful moment. Breakfast offered a good variety, but it was very crowded. The hotel acknowledges this with stickers showing peak times, but let’s be honest—no one books a hotel stay to wake up at 6 AM just to avoid a breakfast rush. It took away from the otherwise relaxed vibe.
