It is a nice hotel to stay at on a business trip. No expectations of amazing service but it is clean, the check-in process efficient, and the restaurant adequate.
Don’t stay here if you’re traveling on business. The internet is so slow that we can’t open email messages. The air conditioning doesn’t work. Despite requesting that these services be repaired, there has been absolutely no response from the hotel management! The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in many years.
I had a bad experience while staying at this hotel. the gym didn't had water to drink, the room was at 27C, and on both cases the staff at the hotel wasn't able or just didn't want to do anything about it
