Excellent stay! This is an outstanding place—very well located, reasonably priced, and with truly amazing staff. Highly recommended! The information provided was clear, and the restaurant team was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to both my friends and family. Everyone left breakfast feeling happy and well cared for. And a kind words in an Omelette made my day happy as the message in the dish. We also appreciated the helpful support with parking. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Malecón.
Good budget hotel. Very clean, all needs are met but no fancy stuff. Great for a quick business stay.
Good place, but the entrance is like the local parking of the city, imposible to move due to the amount of cars parked. Door are not working. Ac is low quality Only 3 leves of work. Low speed elevators. As diamond elite , delayed laudndri. I never saw this bad quality of hotel In IHG. Maintenance people, they are always in good actitud.
