The hotel is located in a nice area, and we had a room with a view of the lake. Breakfast was good and well-balanced. I especially liked the spa center – everything was clean and nice. There was a jacuzzi and different types of saunas.
My name is Peter from the United states. In may of this year my mom,friend and i stayed at this hotel and had the greatest time ever. The entire staff was fantastic, especially Gana who worked at the front desk.The entire staff was friendly and spoke great english which helped me very much.We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and the food was amazing. The waiter and waitress staff were so kind and friendly.The wellness spa area was the best i have ever had.On my vacation i stayed in a different hotel for 12 straight days in 12 different cities in 3 different countries and this was the best of them all.I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again when i return soon.Thank you again to Gana and Sara who are the best ever.
We cannot recommend this accomodation. The staff is definitely not professional. Breakfast was awful. The hotel was really full and there was a crowded atmosphere. Rooms not modern.
