Excellent hotel/resort. All the facilities I required are here. Delicious food, great restaurants, fantastic swimming pool, bank, sauna, massage, night entertainment and spacious clean room. Special thanks to Duty Manager Mohamed and receptionist Selvia for helping me with all of my requests. Nothing was too difficult for them. Appreciated
The best hotel I've been to in Egypt. The food is very good and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The only downside is that there are long queues at the reception. I think they need to increase the number of staff. But that doesn't stop me from giving it five stars.
Accomedated by the staff. The queen bed room is royal. The gym has great workout machines. Harassed at the pool by the bartenders. Arabic Bar has a good Happy Hour two for one drinks. The Greenhouse Restaurant had too much salt in the food. The Gondola don't know how to make Italian cuisine. Vibes Nightclub was dead.
