I want to praise the hotel. I came for the first time alone with two children and I am really very satisfied with the service. The cleanliness of the room, air conditioning, cleanliness of the area around the hotel... everything is on the level. All recommendations from the heart. I would like to especially praise the animator Dejana who speaks our language and who tried every day to come to me, explain what activities there are that day and ask if I need anything. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with stunning views that made every morning special. The pools were a great place to relax, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The food was also excellent — fresh, delicious, and with a good variety that changed each day, which kept every meal interesting. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This hotel is far from being a 5-star resort – I would rate it as 3 stars, or 4 low-quality stars at most. The entire hotel is under construction, and we had to cross unsafe areas with construction materials scattered on the ground just to get to our room, which could be dangerous especially for children. Our room was big enough for three people but not very clean, with visible damage especially in the bathroom. The food was extremely repetitive – mostly two types of chicken and a few beef dishes. Shrimps were served only twice in 15 days, and you had to queue more than 5 minutes just to get 3 pieces per person. Another very uncomfortable issue: almost every staff member constantly tried to sell something, offer paid services, or even ask to change their coins for paper money. It felt like we were approached every few minutes, making it hard to relax. The pool was fine, but the bar next to it had a strong, unpleasant smell. The only really good part was the animation team, who were fun, energetic, and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless your main goal is to enjoy the shows and activities by the animation team. Everything else needs serious improvement.
