Swiss Heaven Sharming Inn Hotel Couples & Families Only

Very nice hotel, very clean, perfect pool and good personal. We like our trip in June for 10 days in Sharming inn hotel. It was very good food and animation. Our family like it and would like to get there again😘😘😘

The hotel was great! We absolutely loved the amazing, kind, and professional staff and the pool. We especially loved the Animation team for their great show, as every day we were excited and waited for their enjoyable performances, they made our days joyful. If we come back we will come back for the animation team and the hotel staff.🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵

The hotel surroundings are beautiful, the location is good, and the food is tasty. However, when it comes to cleanliness – it’s absolutely shocking. Even the sofas at the reception are dirty, and in the rooms, tiles are falling off the walls, the shower cabins and toilets look like they have never been cleaned, there is hair in the drains, limescale everywhere, dust all over, old broken furniture, and damaged pictures. We had to shower wearing flip-flops because we were afraid of catching a fungal infection or something worse. There was mold and yellow stains everywhere, and it’s unclear when the toilet was last cleaned. But the worst part – after the vacation, we came back completely covered in bed bug bites… We strongly recommend staying away from this hotel if you value hygiene – especially if you’re traveling with children.
