Though what they want to see is a fancy hotel but it is not , rooms are clean , beds are ok, breakfast could be varied, no gluten free options. Staff could be friendlier!
Very much in two minds. Had booked two rooms. Somewhat quirky throughout the hotel does have some wonderful parts like the entrance and several stain-glass windows. Unlike some of the comments, room sizes were fine, including the cheapest type. Airco ok too. A ramshackle elevator though. Calling breakfast unassuming is probably its best compliment. Friendliness of staff two-faced too. Upon arrival, they were ok, with breakfast and upon checking out they were not. Checking out without staff but through a machine would have at least prompted one automated message. This one just dropped the amount to he paid, not a word beyond! We do speak French quite fluently for that matter. Great location for that matter. Parking space has cameras but still is accessible from the main road. I'm in the region on occasion but will seek another location and accommodation.
No climate control. 35° C in my room. There is a fan, but it's just not enough.
