Well located near public transport, comfortable room and bed, nice setting, delicious breakfast

The carpet was extremely dirty, and when I returned to my room, I found footprints in the bathroom. In many Asian cultures, it is customary to remove shoes before entering the bathroom, especially in hotel accommodations, for hygiene reasons. Unfortunately, this level of cleanliness was not observed here, which was quite disappointing. I have traveled to many countries and have never encountered such an issue before. The dining area was divided into two separate sections, which seemed to reflect a lack of consideration and understanding in the management’s approach. It gave an impression of poor hospitality and a disregard for basic human compassion. It’s unfortunate that the beauty of such a remarkable city was overshadowed by the disappointing experience and the attitude of some of the staff.

The place is not well located and not well lit. Since they don't have adequate staff, they don't keep all gates open and guests have to walk extra just to checkin. Also, don't provide any water in room and have to go an collect everything you need. Due to inadequacy of staff, you have to wait a lot for simple things. Breakfast options are worse than A&O hostels of Europe. So would not recommend anyone.
