Excellent hotel, the staff are very friendly and went out of the way to help us out. The rooms are modern and neat, looks like it was refurbished recently. Ample of options dinning out nearby. Great location closer to tram stop. Clean facility.

Great stay for families, clean rooms and good service We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It's a great choice for families – the rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. There are several public parking lots nearby, which made it easy for us to find parking. A large shopping mall is just a five-minute walk away, so shopping and dining options were very convenient. What impressed us the most was the staff – they were friendly, welcoming, and highly professional. They went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again in the future.

Novotel Suites is situated in a business district and easily accessible by tram or taxi. The boulevard is perfectly for a stroll. My room had a large table to work on with wheels which was very practical as you could work near the window. The terrace has full height glass panels with slits to let in fresh air but enjoy the views at the same time. Very well thought out. The breakfast was a great balance for all diets and of a high standard. Overall perfect stay with the staff being ever polite, professional and helpful.
