Beautiful hotel, clean spacious rooms, nice pool area. If you are looking to stay in Saint maxime central, it is 5-7 minutes walk. They have a parking on property, but book in advance, otherwise in high season really complicated to find it. Sea view is really worth it, very serine hotel.

Staying for just 2 nights but will come back. Rooms are very clean and the high standard bedding. The outdoor area is with a lovely pool and courtyard makes the hotel. The service and staff are so nice serving us drinks by the pool all afternoon. All the loungers and chairs looked new and a good breakfast selection for €20. If you don't want to pay for their carpark be prepared to hunt around for a space. We had a prestige room which I suggest is must if you want some outdoor space. Thank you

It’s truly unfortunate, as the hotel itself is beautiful and most of the staff were professional and courteous. However, my experience with the receptionist named MAIDA was unacceptable. Her behavior was confrontational, unhelpful, and outright rude — completely out of place in any hospitality setting. Customer experience is the foundation of any hotel, and someone with such a negative and hostile attitude should not be in a front-facing role. Her conduct not only ruined the experience but also reflects poorly on the entire establishment. I had intended to return to this stunning property, but due to the lack of proper staff training and the unprofessional behavior I encountered, I will be choosing another hotel in the future. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and prioritizes training in customer service — the hotel has great potential, but experiences like this are unacceptable.
