Very nice Hotel, I wanted to extend my stay but it was booked out. It is far off but calm. The gym is allright but could be improved. Restaurant was also good and the service was excellent. Pool is a bit small but pretty. All in all, I can recommend it.
A very well-run hotel. Excellent, friendly service and nice facilities, including tennis and EV charging. Lovely walks in the adjacent forest along a beautiful shady stream. Valbonne is 10 minutes away by car with many restaurants. The hotel restaurant is good as is the breakfast buffet.
I didn't realize while booking this hotel how far out in the mountains this would be. Getting here from the airport or getting to the beach area at Cannes is quite the endeavor. I was here during the Cannes Lions Festival. It took me over an hour each time to even get an Uber to come pick me up. The rooms are nothing like a four-star hotel. I was told I have been upgraded to a room with balcony. The issue was the air conditioning in the room was broken. When I couldn't sleep the whole night I opened the door to the balcony and then I had big black ants and bugs all over my bed. Also, cleanliness is not something this hotel cares a lot about. As you can see in the pictures, the coffee maker was filthy. There was white residue in the water tank and mold in the actual coffee maker. Keeping the balcony door open also meant I heard very loud traffic noises all night. The saving grace: I had overheard the manager offer a 20% discount to people whose AC wasn't working in the room. Upon checkout I asked for the discount - after about 15 minutes of back and forth - the staff finally refunded me 20% of what I paid. Had I not overheard and asked, it likely wouldn't have been offered to me either.
