I had a wonderful experience at Gori Inn. The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing. The staff is warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the highlights was the clean and well-maintained pool, which is perfect for children. Since the pool is covered, it offers great protection from the hot sun, making it an ideal spot for families. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Gori.
Comfortable Stay with Great Pool and Rooms We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. While the food was average and the service could use a bit of improvement, the overall experience was still enjoyable. The rooms were clean, large and well-maintained — a comfortable place to relax after a day out. the pool was nice too. It was beautifully kept, with plenty of space to unwind and enjoy the sun. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with comfortable accommodations and a good pool, this hotel is a solid choice. With a few small improvements, it could easily become excellent.
My overall experience at this hotel was acceptable. While there were some positive aspects, several disappointing issues left me unsure whether this hotel deserves a low or just a moderate rating. Positives: • To be fair, the room and the bathroom were both clean, which I appreciated. • The toilet had a bidet (shattaf) with both hot and cold water options — a rare feature I haven’t found in most hotels in Georgia, and I really appreciated it. • There was a small indoor play area for children inside the hotel. While it wasn’t large, it was clean and well-organized — a nice touch for families. • There was also a small public garden behind the hotel, which added a pleasant touch to the surroundings. • One thing I truly appreciated is that the staff notified me that I had forgotten a shirt during check-out — I value that level of honesty and thank them for it. Negatives: • On the second floor, I was shocked to see dirty clothes left on the floor and draped over chairs in the hallway — something you wouldn’t expect even in your own home. What surprised me more was that when I returned in the evening, the mess was still there, and no action had been taken by hotel staff. • The air conditioner didn’t cool the room at all. I had set it to 17°C, but the air was still warm — it felt like the unit had no refrigerant gas. I requested technical help several times, but the technician simply said, “Turn off the lights so the room will cool,” which was very unprofessional. After multiple complaints, they changed my room, but the new AC was just as bad. • The staff were not friendly or helpful, which negatively affected my comfort. • The furniture was outdated, and the room door didn’t close properly. Conclusion: While there were a few things I appreciated, the negatives outweighed the positives.
