Hotel Gino Wellness Mtskheta

Little jewel just a few steps away from Svetitskhoveli cathedral and Nino Monastery. We, just head back to Tbilisi wanting to chilled out and obviously discover surrounding as there is so much to do. Regardless of what I read: Greetings from overall ( 2 days booking) staff on deck: 9/10 Food: 9/10 ( panoramic rest 4th floor a must try) Waitresses on duty: 9/10 ( impressed we were for young ages) Pool: neeed attention 5/10( cleanliness) Room: 9/10 Downfall and comments AC: matters: we were warned ahead but should be fixed! ( no complaints here!) Message to owners: To avoid some confusion ( allow us) Flyers should clearly indicate and placed within the ROOMS the following: 1/Where is the panoramic resto located ( 4 th floor) 2/Copy of the menu 3/ Restaurant opening hours 4/ Pool facilities ( staff/ whoever is covering the shift, should clearly and systematically clear and clean all dirty beverages systematically. The location. It is cosmic and it is matchless. The view from the rooms, especially from the 3rd, 4th floors and especially the terrace is magnificent. You will look from there and you will understand everything yourself. The view of the historical sites and two amazing rivers and their interlinking from here is magnificent. And the hotel itself looks many times better from the outside than what some can find Inside. Everything inside, including the rooms, clearly needs repair. But it is clear that there is a deep economic crisis in this city and it will be extremely difficult to do this. Their prices are high, the service is below average - the food is also the same.

We visited during the heatwave and the air conditioning in our room did not work. The hotel was unable to resolve the issue and issued a small 16.5% discount. This was highly unsatisfactory.
