If you're familiar with US hotels that share this branding, be prepared to be impressed. This is a full-service hotel with a restaurant and full bar in addition to an extended breakfast buffet compared to its US counterparts. Hot breakfast items catering to German, British, and American tastes included. Common areas are spacious and well-appointed. The king-bed room I had for the night was also spacious and modern with a single-mattress bed and heavy-weight comforter. The large bathroom included a spa-like walk-in shower. I stayed at this hotel for my last night of a 2-week vacation where I experienced a wide range of hotel types, and this was the best by far. If you're using the S-8 or S-9 trams from the Hauptbahnhof, the distance between the west exit of the Gateway Gardens station and the hotel entrance is much closer than the 300m that Google Maps suggests. If you prefer taxi service, taxis are lining up for hire at the main entrance in the morning, and I paid €11,90 plus tip to get to Terminal 1 for 2 people. If I fly in and out of Frankfurt in the future this hotel will be first on my list for a reservation.

I came here with big Van (2.65m tall, 8m long), I couldn’t find parking nearby (all of them had 2.2m height limit). Keep in mind if you travel with Van or Truck. Hotel reception man was kind, and professional. Room is clean, smells good

I have such mixed reviews about my stay here. I reserved 2 rooms using my points from my IHG account. The staff was very friendly when I check-in. We got upgrades because of our IHG status. My son and I went to the room and I did my pre night inspection as I once was a housekeeper. There was a stain on the middle of my side of the bed. We decided that we'd be happier with 2 separate beds anyway and asked to be downgraded again but I did make sure they were aware of the stain on the sheet. They without hesitation switched our room. Later that night my sister in our other room tried to shower and the tub wouldn't drain, no problem, they switched their room with no complaints. The issue was that they put them in the room I had been in with the stain and they hadn't fixed the problem! Why would you not make sure to change the sheets after they were aware of the problem? That really bothers me. My sister again made them aware of the stain and they switched their room. I mentioned the issue in the morning and they did offer to accommodate us for our problems.
