IntercityHotel Frankfurt Airport

After a long journey and the cancellation of my flight, this hotel felt like a real lifesaver. Its convenient location and the transfer service to the hotel made my stay in the new city much easier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the high-quality service — from the friendly reception staff to the delicious food in the restaurant and the clean, comfortable room. I’m truly impressed and highly recommend it!

Check-in is easy, the rooms are spotless and updated, connections to public transportation are excellent. The service was fast, efficient, and pleasant. I will absolutely make this my regular hotel on my many overnight stays near the Frankfurt Airport.

It was an okay stay overall. The reception staff were friendly, but some of the dinner staff had a bit of an attitude. The food was really good though. What bothered me the most was that there were two big moths and one huge mosquito in the room. There was also this weird sound that played every half hour or so, kind of like struggling pipes or something mechanical. You could tell the room wasn’t properly cleaned either, since there was a lot of dust, which triggered my allergies. Still, it’s a convenient location if you have a delay or layover near the airport.
