I would strongly advise you to consider the comfort package. Our room was satisfactory, with a generous amount of space and a satisfactory selection of amenities. The breakfast was particularly delightful and is an experience not to be missed. There is a wide variety to choose from. For those travelling by car, it is advisable to prepare extra cash for the day parking fee, which can be conveniently arranged with the reception upon arrival. I would also like to mention that the service was very friendly and warm.

This hotel was in an area that I needed. The room was decently priced and had ac, which not all places have. Although the sign out front was more tech hotel, the place was nicer than expected. Decently priced drinks at the bar, and staff knew English which was a plus for us. Our room had a mini balcony, which we loved for getting some fresh air. My only suggestion is for them to get better pillows, those were the thinnest pillows I have ever experienced. No refrigerator in our room either. Didn’t get a package that includes the breakfast so can’t give any opinions there. Bar is open until 11 pm and the kitchen closes at 9 pm. No room service.

Booked a room inclusive of breakfast. Got charged for it instead. Borderline to fraud. I strongly advise against this hotel chain. I had booked a room with breakfast. Immediatly after I saw that there was nothing written in the confirmation I wrote to them. No answer. I wrote again three days later. No answer again. I even sent a screenshot of the reservation. At the hotel my experience was a complete nightmare. Endless discussions and complete non-sense. They told me I could have the breakfast includes, as I had booked, later they retracted. In the end they forced me to pay 94 euro to get out of this mess. In my view extorsion. Date of experience: June 08, 2025
