Centrally located, with parking. Reception was really very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast fine. However, our room was tired; a soft mattress, only one pillow, very dated bathroom with an extractor fan that didn't work. Some of these issues could, no doubt be addressed by reception, but when staying for one night, we just tend to go with it. To be fair, the hotel rate was not expensive, so it was still decent value.
All-in-all the hotel is good. The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old Town. Spacious rooms, roomy shower cabin, comfortable bed - all clean. Receptionists were extremly helpful and friendly. I gave 4 just because our room windows look to the yard where is performed noisy unloading each morning and there is no WiFi signal in the room.
It's a very nice hotel in Kempten, which is a lovely Bavarian town. When we checked in the lady at the reception was not so friendly and it's difficult to park in the area. Breakfast was fine, but nothing special at all as I expected more.
