Great location—right in the city center, making it easy to explore Leipzig on foot. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Special thanks to the receptionist, who was friendly and professional, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great, just next to the main station. Breakfast is various and good quality ! Now for the rooms , they are super small and no gym available.

Won't return and do not recommend. Hotel has good infrastructure, in a good location, but does not provide the most basic services. Got back after a long day of work to find out that the room had not been cleaned and was in an unacceptable state. Reached out to the reception to get support, but there was just one person, who could not leave their desk and didn't have total access to new bed sheets, so I had to sleep on a dirty bed. Tip to the management: although you may want to cut costs, do not cut basic services for a hotel. You just lost a recurring customer who travels weekly for work. EDIT: On their reply, management claims that every guest is informed about their "green" guidelines of not cleaning rooms at check-in. That's not true. They also claim that there is printed information in the room. That's true, in a 5x5 cm square of a single laminated sheet of paper almost hidden on the desk. Their response also indicates how customer feedback means nothing to them, which is not surprising given their service in the hotel. Other hotels apply a similar green concept done in a much better way. No need to say more.
