Aloft Munich

This was a very short stay, but a very pleasant experience. From the check-in and welcoming to the check-out and farewell, all staff were exemplary. I wish to mention one of your employees (an Albanian gentleman) in particular who was on the front desk at the time of my arrival and who checked me in. His approachability, customer focus, support, and welcoming in the hotel were incredibly professional and friendly. This gentleman is an asset to your company. Please pass on my appreciation of the very professional and customer focused service provided. Thank you.

A gem right in the heart of Munich. Couldn't recommend it more! To start, the front office staff is very pleasant and helpful. Best part is that its manned 24 hours. Any problem any time of the day or night, there is always someone. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. There is tea/coffee amenities in the room, complimentary drinking water. Hot water shower and all the toiletries. There is also a safe which I didnot use. I stayed overnight only one night and I had booked a room with breakfast. It was totally worth it because the breakfast is to die for! A breakfast made for a king. It had different types of cold cuts, cheeses, breads, condiments, cereals and a bainmarie for hot breakfast. Today There were 3 types of sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes. And Petra at the assistant at the breakfast was so kind and helpful. Lovely place and welcoming!

As a family of 6 persons, we took 3 rooms but unfortunately in different floors due to low availability. We couldn't feel comfortable being stuck in each floor and can't move freely between the floors. We had many times wanting to drop stuff to each other and the only way is to meet is in the lifts (embarrassing) which made it harder to move our luggage, this system was bad enough to rate them 2 stars. The location is good and near the Platz. The service is fine.
