Brown Beach Evia Island All Inclusive in Eretria a member of Brown Hotels

We spent 3 days in that Hotel with my family(3 kids) and all I could say is that the experience was very nice. All inclusive package and the highlight was the food! I can express my best for the food because the quality and quantity was beyond expectations. All I can say is a big bravo for that. Apart from that, room was very clean and new, with very good design and space enough for my big family. All stuff was polite and helpful. Overall was a great stay there and definitely recommend it to anyone. The only thing that we didn't like was the pool schedule because it closes at 18:00.

A Truly Wonderful Spa Experience! I recently had the pleasure of visiting SPA in Brown Beach Hotel, and I cannot express how delighted I am with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, creating a relaxing atmosphere that continued throughout my visit. A special thank you to Dimitris and Anastasia, who performed an absolutely amazing facial treatment. Their expertise, attention to detail, and gentle approach made me feel completely pampered and refreshed. The results were visible immediately – my skin felt rejuvenated, deeply cleansed, and glowing! Thank you!

DO NOT BOOK this resort. Would have given it no stars if I could. They are horrible! Recently booked this resort by mistake for my family of six to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Within two days of booking I reached out to the hotel to change it. I was informed that absolutely under no circumstances would I be able to cancel. I decided to go so as not to lose my money. Upon getting there, yes, they allowed me to check in early, were allowed to have, what they called breakfast, that was horrible. Being hungry, we attempted to eat but it made us sick to our stomach. Because, they refused to provide us with a refund initially, they provided us with a fruit basket and a bottle of wine to which I was grateful. They then provided me with what they claimed were their last three rooms at the back of the resort. What was supposed to be garden views turned out to be BUSH views but a huge gate that favors a prison gate next to the rooms. I immediately expressed that I was not in favor of where we were placed and asked about changing. I was told that the resort was fully booked and there were no additional rooms. They again informed me that there would be no refund. We proceeded to settle in and have lunch and dinner. Both meals again were unacceptable that we simply ate French fries. We tried sleeping that night but all we heard were dogs barking at the gate all through the night. We were afraid because we weren’t sure what was happening. We decided that we weren’t going to spend another night and I booked another reservation and we left before daylight . We were in such a hurry to get out of that dump that we forgot a piece of our luggage. When the resort manager reached out to us and we explained the reason why we left, they told us that they live their animals. I asked if we were supposed to sleep with pillows over our heads? AGAIN, I specified, DO NOT book this resort. It’s a reason why they refuse to provide refunds. This place SUCKS. Would have given it no stars if I could. The water park do not belong to them. It’s false advertising. The Food is disgusting.
