Porto Bello Beach All Inclusive

Amazing hotel/resort! Great service, location and food! Room lovely, comfy and well maintained. I would suggest having kettle and tea/coffee milks etc as standard rather then at request but was received very quick after requesting. The hotel has everything you need close by including the private beach which is beautiful. Surrounded by great views and vibes. Will be visiting again!

Clean , beautiful location , great food, friendly staff , nice beach. Great rooms..... So far of our trips the best hotel to stay. Every night everything gets cleaned. The public toilets at the swimming pool are very clean. They also get cleaned multiple times.

The kids club was nice, Au and Elias very engaged with the children. The highlight for me was Melissa and her stretching and yoga classes every day. Friendly and professional... thank you so much for giving me relaxing moments. The room was really disappointing... maybe for a 3 star place it would have been ok, the bathroom lacked even a shower curtain and being just attached to the toilet it was unhygienic and so uncomfortable (my child slipped twice, it was rather dangerous!), the room was sterile, giving a sense that it wasn't ready yet. No doors at the wardrobe, no kettle, no proper bedside cabinets, no armchair or sofa... actually not even a chair inside. Strange! The food was ok. The beach restaurant was really nice.
