The hotel is really very clean, with friendly staff, in special at the Business Lounge. The beds and the quality of the breakfast buffet are really good. The location near shopping centers and the airport make my days easy here in Guatemala. For sure I'll return here when my next trip to Guatemala.
First day of trip so impressed ! On the executive level with the business lounge service is amazing! Such a treat! Lots of options best sevice I’ve had in a business lounge!
Nice hotel. In need of some maintenance and updating. The stained seating in the lobby doesn’t leave the best first impression. The pool area is nice but service wasn’t the best at the pool bar.
