0031 Boutique Hotel & Restaurant Cumbuco

Never been received warmer and more welcome than at this place. A sheltered little oasis in the middle of Cumbuco. The most friendly staff, delicious breakfast and clean and comfortable rooms. Especially for solo travellers I can recommend this place: the owners really likes to connect people so you do not have to be alone.

Awesome pousada. Nice pool, rooms are comfortable. Small staff but everyone is very nice. By 3rd morning they knew how i liked my eggs for breakfast. Dinner Restaurant closed low season. Little walk to restaurant row and beach. But right next to Dunes. And you are doing business with the owners. Not a company.

Very nice lay out of the hotel. However, a bit outdated and needs maintaining. Lots of insects in the rooms and outside area. Our first day we had to change bedsheets ourselves. Pillows had makeup marks, towels did not smell fresh. We do understand it was a low season but again this is when deep cleaning could have taken place. Breakfast was a bit cold. Would be good in utensil are changed as they are dated. Staff were perfect. Very nice and welcoming . Location is really nice . Place is near the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Pool is nice. If there is nowhere else to stay, then I would consider staying again.
