12 Months Luxury Resort

One of the best place to stay in Pelion. We have chosen this hotel to have full list of facilities provided usually by hotels: breakfast, pool, big parking, room cleaning, fitness area, and didnt regret about our choice. Hotel is situated in a very picturesque place with amazing view to the sea which we had from the terrace of our room (we stayed in room 16 - Junior suit) and surrounded with forest. That is important to mention as when temperature in the area down to the beach where above 35 degree, in the hotel area was 2-3 degrees lower due to location and forest I guess. Location of the hotel is quite strategic as gives access to all nice beaches in the area with max 35 min drive to the most departed. Near hotel in the village there are 2 small supermarkets to buy necessary staff and also one of the biggest attraction in the area - old Plane tree (>1000 years old) with nice church and cafe nearby. Pleasant bonus of the hotel - potable water, so no need to worry about buying fresh water from the shop. Breakfasts didn't have big variety of choice, but always enough to find basis staff to eat. Car is must there as hotel is located in a small village a bit isolated on the hill and there is not so much things around to reach by foot, while with car there are many nice tavernas and villages around and close to the beach to visit.

Got sick and couldn’t make my booking, called to inform them I wouldn’t make it and if it was possible to reschedule, without any expectation, and while they were polite on the phone, they never called me back like they said they would. Shoddy service.

I have cancelled a "free cancellation" reservation, but didn't get the full amount that I have paid. Also the service was very late, took them a lot of time to answer me (about a month). They ignore my claim to get all the money that I have paid. Editing now my response: After my review here they replied to my email that the difference is 17 euro due to a fee. The truth is that the difference is 77 euro not 17. And why is there a fee in "Free cancellation" anyway?
