First impression in the lobby was good. However, Room on the ground flour smelled bad. Towels were the worst - old, grey and with stains. Blankets/duvets without cover, and also with yellow stains. Breakfast bad. Good location of the hotel.
This wasn't a good stay, they don't have minibars in the rooms, even though it was advertised as such on booking.com the towels are old, stained and worn. the toilet door is creaky, breakfast was underwhelming i think 4-stars just mean they have a big lounge area on the ground floor with a few paintings
Trust the comments of the people who had stayed before you. It is a hotel to avoid! Horrifying impoliteness specially in a dining area! They would like to charge you and provide no service afterwards! Management should really focus on hospitality education for the employees!!!
