I had a fantastic stay in my Orlando rent a Villa rental in Davenport! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The house in person looks so much better than the pictures. My family enjoyed the hot tub and pool — the game room was incredibly fun and the movie room was a huge hit! We also love the convenience of the built in grill and unlike many other rentals — this one doesn’t charge you extra to use the grill. The hosts were always quick with their responses to any questions we had and issues were resolved swiftly. The area was very quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing place on their Disney vacation.

The home I stayed in was perfect!! Very accommodating, clean, and spacious. It’s in a prime location if you plan on visiting the Disney attractions. The themed rooms were awesome! The game room and the pool with the jacuzzi combo were amazing as well for keeping the family entertained . This is definitely the perfect vacation home.

We had a great stay overall at the Tropical Plans Circle house in Solara Resort. The home is spacious, clean, and comfortably fit our group of six. Beds were cozy, and the amenities were decent. Check-in and daily entry were smooth—security at the gate was friendly and efficient. Customer service was the highlight: responsive during business hours, and they even let me back in after checkout to retrieve a forgotten pillow. That said, there were some drawbacks: the thermostat couldn’t go below 71°F, and not all bedrooms had ceiling fans, making it too warm at night. There were a few maintenance issues (broken fridge shelf, faulty ice maker, etc.), and the washer/dryer doors opened awkwardly. No laundry basket or vacuum were provided. The location is more remote than expected—about 15 minutes to a main road and not many restaurants nearby. The registration process before arrival was also frustrating and took several attempts. Our biggest issue was the extremely loud neighbors next door—large group, constant noise, loud music, children shrieking, and karaoke with microphone and speaker until 10 PM. It was hard to relax, even inside the house with doors and windows closed. **Overall, we recommend the house for its space, comfort, and great customer service!**
